Villa L’Oustau, also known as WV OUS, is a 3-bedroom villa located in Lurin within minutes of the beach, restaurants, and shopping in St. Jean. Situated high up in the hills, this luxurious villa enjoys panoramic views. 

Along the road is a long stonewall with a large gate, which opens to this beautiful estate. A driveway flanked by Royal palms leads to a stately parking area, sculpted into the carefully manicured gardens that surround the impressive buildings. Originally built and used as a private residence, this stunning villa was only recently made available for rentals and features a range of original artwork. 

The spacious, open living space can be either closed off and air-conditioned, or opened to enjoy breezes and breathtaking views. Comfortable seating offers an ideal space to leaf through one of the many art books or lounge while facing the view. A formal indoor dining area is situated in front of the well-equipped, gourmet kitchen. 

Next to the living room is a spacious master bedroom with a king-size bed and ensuite bathroom with shower. A TV room with U.S. and French satellite services, and Apple TV, connects to this bedroom. The other 2 bedrooms are located in a separate bungalow and connect with each other, which is ideal for parents with children. One room has twin beds, while the other room has a king-size bed. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with shower, U.S. satellite services, and Apple TV.

The large, heated pool is surrounded by sun and shade decks, with an outdoor dining area just next to the kitchen. The pool features a cascade and jets for swimming against a current. The outdoor area was designed to benefit from the views, all-day sun, and tropical breezes. This villa, which is handicap accessible, also has iPod docking stations and a Sonos sound system. 

Villa L’Oustau, or WV OUS, comes with house cleaning services six days a week. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
